Emergency Stabilization

SMO provides single parents with immediate and meaningful support, including food, emergency housing resources, clothing, and other essential items donated by the Santa Clarita community.

SMO partners with organizations like Baby2Baby to supply families with diapers, wipes, formula, toiletries, clothing, strollers, car seats, and other necessities on a monthly basis.

Families can also benefit from our Shop the Closet Program, where moms and children receive additional clothing and accessories each month.

Do you offer housing?

SMO offers housing resources (information on shelters and other housing agencies) however, SMO does not provide housing.

Do you provide financial assistance to pay rent?

SMO was able to provide thousands of dollars during Covid thanks to a grant received from the city for this specific purpose. As of right now we are not giving money for financial assistance. We can connect people with resources to help them.

Do you provide childcare services?

SMO provides childcare service for our own programs and classes.
