Roxana Topete has dedicated her career to strengthening individual and community affairs. Her natural passion for helping others was instilled in her by immigrant parents that made it a priority to demonstrate the importance of values, a strong work ethic, and most importantly a compassionate and giving heart. Roxana has the needed hands-on expertise and knowledge to help bring about change. She holds a 12-year work experience in leading, organizing and supporting Non-profits, community outreaches, and faith-based organizations. Roxana has built a growing passion for developing platforms, resources, and tools for individuals in need. She has worked to organize and empower communities that stretched from several sectors of Los Angeles, Pasadena, and now Santa Clarita.

Roxana’s work with children, families, churches, immigrants, homeless, senior citizens, and veterans as a Program Coordinator and Senior Activities Director continues to be the force that influences her to establish fundamental and rewarding programs, experiences, and tools that empower her community. Roxana’s work and personal life experiences have given her the knowledge and compassion to be an asset to Single Mothers Outreach. She hopes to continue assisting others reach their full potential by fulfilling SMO’s vision of providing Hope, Support, and Resources to the community.
